About Me

As far back as I can remember, sports have always been central to my life. Growing up, fútbol was everything — the training, the teamwork, the discipline. It shaped how I approached challenge and competition.

In 2019, I decided to sign up for my first marathon, not knowing it would completely shift my relationship with sport. Since then, I’ve completed six marathons, four of them under three hours, with a personal best of 2 hours and 44 minutes.

Running has taught me patience and purpose in ways that team sports never could. Whether I’m training alone in the early morning or surrounded by hundreds of runners on race day, there’s a shared drive and humility that keeps me coming back.

The marathon isn’t just about fitness or finishing times — it’s about showing up with intention, day after day. I’m motivated not only by performance, but by the growth and perspective that the process provides.

Coaching Philosophy

As my running evolved and I connected more deeply with the community, I felt drawn toward helping others do the same — guiding runners who want to level up their training, mindset, and confidence.

To me, coaching goes beyond prescribing workouts or chasing numbers. Running is a lens for personal development — a space where athletes learn resilience, discipline, and belief in themselves.

My goal with every athlete is to help them uncover that potential: to train smarter, race stronger, and bring the lessons of running into everyday life. Watching that transformation is what keeps me inspired.

Training Plans

These training plans run a program typically in the range of 12-20 weeks (depending on your current fitness and race timeline) – and include specific recommendations on distance and pacing for each type of run (easy, interval work, tempos, long runs). All training plans are compatible with most GPS watches, allowing you to automatically sync your workouts onto your device throughout the plan.

Beginner

If you are just starting out on your running journey or rebuilding from the ground up, a structured training plan eases you into the workload with gradual progress. We focus on consistency, increasing volume, and teaching how different runs should feel—building confidence and fitness week over week.

Intermediate

You already train regularly or carry an athletic background and want intentional programming to keep improving. These plans help reach new heights, layering workouts that sharpen speed and strength while keeping you healthy.

Advanced

Highly committed athletes can use these plans as a blueprint between races or to prime for a PR. Expect purposeful volume, precise workouts, and recovery that puts you on any starting line feeling ready to go.
